Dave Watkins

Dave Watkins is a consultant with TCE. His work with TCE includes consulting on multi-country educational projects in low-resource contexts. As well as having been a CELTA tutor (online and face to face) for over 20 years, Dave has a PGCE (Cert) in Trainer Development (ELT) and has worked extensively as a consultant, trainer and project manager in designing, implementing and evaluating large scale continuous professional development interventions for Ministries of Education and international NGOs, including programmes reaching large numbers of English and other subject teachers through blended-learning initiatives based on digital-learning platforms and the use of SD-cards and video technology. He has worked as a consultant in 14 countries, lived in seven, but now divides his time between the UK and Ukraine. He speaks good Russian and passable Turkish.
