Participants should have a good command of English as they will be expected to participate actively in the course. The organisers reserve the right to change the proposed programme of speakers and courses if this is unavoidable. Participants will be advised when this affects them, time constraints permitting. The organisers reserve the right to cancel courses when necessary. Your statuatory rights remain unaffected.

Under European Union legislation, you have the right to cancel within seven days of our contract with you. If you cancel your enrolment you will have your payment returned. To be refunded please provide full details of your enrolment including all reference numbers and WorldPay correspondence to enrolments@theconsultants-e.com.
